pancakesonparade was founded by Chef Emily Rodriguez in Portland, Oregon. What started as a weekend pop-up quickly became the city's favorite pancake destination.

Our mission is simple: make the fluffiest, most delicious pancakes and bring smiles to our community, one stack at a time.
